About stereo

I am stereo (they/them). I stream a variety of categories including Art, Minecraft, Pokemon, FPS games, and more on Twitch. I make my own art assets for my stream.I use a Wacom Cintiq 16" and Krita for my digital arts. HOW TO COMMISSION

Before you commission... make sure to gather all and any necessary details and reference images for your request into a platform (Google Drive, Google Documents, etc.). I understand that this can be time consuming, but iit makes both of our lives easier by helping me understand what exactly you are looking for in your commission.Once I have received your request through VGen, I may have some follow up questions before I decide to accept or decline your request. If I do decide to decline your request, it will be for the reason that I am uncomfortable drawing your request, or that I am unable to do a good job on it. I hope you understand in that scenario.When you fill out the forms for a vgen request, please include all necessary references in the form. I will let you know at least a week prior to when I plan to start on your request. Please check the vgen portal for status updates.Please be patient and respectful of my time and other people's times. Please be responsive when I am reaching out to clarify details or ask questions for your commission or for the invoice. Failure to respond or pay your invoice within 72 hours may result in cancellation of your commission.For the final drawings and resizing, I will reach out again once your drawings are completed. The only changes without any additional charges will be color changes. If there are any mistakes I personally make, I will definitely fix it with no additional charge.Thank you!

Terms of Service

General

  • This is not my fulltime job - I work on commissions during my down time. If you have commissioned me and I am not working on your commission on stream, do not come into my stream and dictate what I should or should not stream.

  • Prior to any line art or coloring, I will send a sketch to you for approval. You can request changes at this time with no additional charges. Once the line art is completed and approved, there cannot be any other changes without additional charges.

  • I reserve the right to change the price if you request a difficult drawing.

  • Please look into your own requests on whether or not it complies with Twitch’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. It is not my responsibility.

  • I reserve the right to cancel your request at any time if I am having troubles drawing it, or if you have been proven difficult to work with in any way. Full refund will be provided if I decide to cancel.

  • Do not request a certain art style from me. If you choose to commission me, it is because you like my style, and that is the style you should expect from the finished product.

  • Provided color palettes may vary slightly to fit my art style. If you are strict on no changes from the selected palette, please specify.

  • You will not request any PayPal chargeback.

  • There will be no refunds available once I have started work on the sketch.

  • I cannot draw NSFW, Mecha/Robots, or Gore. I reserve the right to refuse your artwork request.

Copyright/usage policy

  • You are not allowed to use the artwork for your profit (such as merchandise). Artwork cannot be used commericially. If you wish to commission me with merch in mind, please discuss with me and additional charges will apply.

  • Art may be purchased for commericial use for twice the initial cost.

  • I maintain the rights to display and promote my artwork on my social media. If you do not wish for me to share it, you may pay an additional fee of +20%

  • If you wish for me to not share progress photos of your project prior to completion on my social medias or you are planning to debut at a later date, please notify me as soon as possible.

  • Please do not edit, copy, or trace my work without my permission.

  • Please do not resell or redistribute my artwork.

  • Please do not submit any artwork (including sketches, outlines, final, etc) of mine into any AI training model dataset or sell it as an NFT. If you have, I have the right to charge you for the exclusive rights of my artwork

  • I am not responsible for any artwork that is rejected by Twitch or by any other organizations.

  • Clients must properly credit me as the artist by leaving a link to my Twitter (@stereobass_) or Instagram (@thestereobass). Please credit me when used on Twitch, Discord, or anywhere else by using the same handles as mentioned prior.

Payment

  • I only accept payment through Paypal in USD, on my Ko-Fi website, or through VGen.

  • I require payment in full before I start on your commission. No payment is required when I accept

  • Do not send me any kind of payment unless I have accepted your commission. I will handle requesting payment through a Paypal invoice.

  • If I do not receive your payment within 72 hours of creating the invoice, I have the right to cancel your commission and move on to other commissions.
